Norton 360 not updating properly
I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Mouse-over the "PC Security" bubble again and choose "Run Scans" and then choose "Comprehensive Scan."Let me know if this process resolves these issues.Thank you, Mike Michael York Norton Authorized Support Team Symantec Corporation Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. When I take them out of cache mode, everything returns to normal, but this is not an option. Our emergency email system relies on everyone being in cache mode.Thank you, Mike Michael York Norton Authorized Support Team Symantec Corporation Hi Rodrigo, I'm very happy to hear that you were able to re-download Norton and get it up and running.
